Our History

Northern Latitudes Legal has been providing real estate and business services and advice in Traverse City, Michigan since 2018.

The TEAM

Michael R. Rossman, Esq.

Mike was born and raised in South East Michigan before attending Western Michigan University. While attending WMU he found a summer job working on Mackinac Island and fell in love with Northern Michigan. After attending law school at Thomas M. Cooley in Grand Rapids, MI; Mike worked as Corporate Counsel for a private equity firm operating all over the country. He met his now wife in Grand Rapids and followed her to Traverse City where he worked as Corporate Counsel for a Title Insurance provider in TC. In 2018 he founded Northern Latitudes Legal to provide his expertise to the area he loves. He, his wife, and their two Golden Retrievers live in Charlevoix, MI.
